For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Vetted include www.vettedhealth.com and Vetted. The Vetted website is a travel healthcare jobs marketplace. By using the services provided on www.vettedhealth.com, including use of applications, job boards, profiles and community interaction, and all other services available, you consent to the data practises described in this statement.

"Vetted" and www.vettedhealth.com refers to the business which owns this website.

Please note that by submitting your information to us, you agree that (i) we may share your information with companies with jobs posted on our job board and (ii) staffing agencies may contact you via telephone, text messaging, and/or email. This express consent is applicable even if your telephone number is currently listed on any state, federal, or corporate Do Not Call list.

This Website services users who live in the United States or any of its territories only. Vetted does not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to Vetted.

If you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Vetted’s job board, profile, community, and all other services available, this information may be collected and used by others.

You are providing information to us directly by filling in forms on our Website, communicating with us via email, text messages, speaking with a Vetted representative over the phone, or any of Vetted’s other Services.

We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries, sharing job opportunities, servicing your applications, and improving our services.

To allow interested staffing agencies from our network or other third parties to review your job applications and to contact you through email, text messages, and/or telephone calls.
To operate the Website and allow you to use the Services including providing you with information or services you request from us.
Send text messages, email communications or make telephone calls to you with respect to your employment application(s) and use of our Services.
To communicate with you through telephone calls, email communications, text messages, in-app messaging, support chat, and via push notifications.
To help administer and protect the security of the Website and Services.
To develop, improve or enhance features of our Website and Services.
To create and/or use aggregate data for advertising and marketing purposes.
To make telephone calls and send text messages and/or email communications to you with information and offers.
To track online behaviour for behavioural advertising and other marketing purposes including compile anonymous statistical information and analysis.

You agree to waive all rights to file complaints concerning unsolicited email from us or other third parties as you have agreed to receive communications from us and others as covered under this Privacy Policy.

However, you may unsubscribe from marketing communications by notifying Vetted that you no longer wish to receive solicitations or information and we will remove you from our database where you have the right to request this under our Agreement, Privacy Policy, or applicable law, or where we voluntarily decide to grant the request. If you wish to opt-out please contact hello@vettedhealth.com or opt-out using the instructions provided in our e-mails. Please note that, if you opt-out of marketing emails, we may still send you any necessary, non-promotional emails, such as updates to our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.
