Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU Float - Cape Coral, Florida

ProTouch Staffing is seeking a qualified PCU Float RN for a 14-week travel assignment in Cape Coral, Florida. This opportunity is ideal for nurses with strong PCU experience and ED holding experience who are comfortable caring for patients in a fast-paced, flexible environment.

ASSIGNMENT HIGHLIGHTS

Contract Duration: 14 weeks
Start Date: January 8, 2027
End Date: April 10, 2027
Shift: Days
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts
Hours: 36 hours per week
Overtime: After 40 hours
On-Call: Not required
Floating: Required between units and sister campuses
Patient Population: Adult and geriatric
Patient Ratio: 4:1 to 6:1, depending on patient mix
EMR: EPIC

WEEKLY COMPENSATION

Gross Weekly Pay: $2,320.51
Taxable Weekly Pay: $738.72
Non-Taxable Weekly Stipends: $1,581.79

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of PCU experience required.
ED holding experience is mandatory.
ED department experience is not required; the assignment does not involve floating to the ED.
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
Active Florida or Compact RN license required.
Must be flexible and willing to float as needed, including to sister campuses.
Must live at least 50 miles from the facility.
Degree accreditation must be included in the profile, or the candidate must have at least 5 years of experience.
All requested time-off (RTO) must be disclosed at submission.
