RN Home Health - Local or Travel, 13 weeks

Location: South Portland, ME (Local or Traveler)

13 weeks

Mon -Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week

Primary coverage: Sanford, Maine

On-call info: No on-call required
Productivity Units: 30 units, vary between .9 & 2.5 depending on type of visits.

Must have a snow-capable vehicle

Qualifications: HH experience, HCHB and OASIS

Qualifications & Skills:

HCHB, OASIS, and Home Health experience - Required
Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software experience - Required
OASIS experience - Required
Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required
CHPN certification - Preferred
Proof of current CPR certification - Required
Current driver's license - Required
Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required
2+ years Home Health experience - Required

Education:

Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program - Required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing - Preferred

What you'll need

2 years of experience, BLS and national and state certification and/or as required
