BLACKOUT DATES OR REQUIRED HOLIDAYS: Holiday during contract is mandatory unless agreed upon

GH: 72 Bi-Weekly or 96 Bi-Weekly is an option

SHIFT: Saturday-Sunday 7A-7P and Monday 11A-11P

CALL REQUIREMENTS: 1 Night call every 2nd week

FLOATING REQUIRED: No

REQUIREMENTS:

**(R)(CT)ARRT and Diagnostic

**BLS

**REQUIRED SKILLS: Must be able to perform CT, Contrasted and Non-Contrasted Studies. Experience with Cardiac CT. Must be able to perform Diagnostic Radiology.

**2 years' experience

EMR: Cerner

SCOPE OF ROLE: Must be able to perform CT, Contrasted and Non-Contrasted Studies. Experience with Cardiac CT. Must be able to perform Diagnostic Radiology.
