Location: Beaver Dam, WI 53916
Contract: 13 Weeks
Start Date: November 30, 2026
Schedule: 4x12-hour shifts | 48 Hours/Week
Shift: Days
Shift Hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Weekends: No scheduled weekends
Weekend Call: Required (currently 1 in 4)
Holidays: As needed

WEEKLY COMPENSATION

Gross Weekly Pay: $3,486.84
Taxable Weekly Pay: $2,219.84
Non-Taxable Weekly Stipends: $1,267.00
Completion Bonus: $1,000

Stipend eligibility depends on individual circumstances and applicable tax regulations. Completion bonus payout is subject to assignment terms and eligibility requirements.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

Required:

Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience
Active RN license
Current AHA BLS certification
Current AHA ACLS certification
Experience with:
- General Surgery
- Cataracts
- Robotic Surgery
- Orthopedics
- Gynecology (GYN)
