Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) for a fast-paced adult community emergency department. The ideal candidate will have strong emergency nursing skills, excellent customer service, and a commitment to teamwork and quality patient care.

Department Beds: 16
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:3-4
Patient Population: Primarily adult emergency care

Required Clinical Skills

Line Management

IV insertion
PICC and central line management

Cardiac Skills

Obtaining 12-lead EKGs
Telemetry interpretation
Cardioversion and defibrillation

Airway Management

Procedural sedation
CPAP/BiPAP management
Ventilator management
Tracheostomy care

Behavioral Health

Experience with chemical dependency is preferred.

What you'll need

2 years of experience, BLS and national and state certification and/or as required
