Assignment Highlights

• Gross Weekly Pay: $2,347 for 36 hours or $3,100 for 48 hours

• Location: Peoria, IL

• Contract Duration: 13 weeks

• Shift: 12-hour evening or night shifts

• Scheduled Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week

• Charting System: Epic

• Trauma Level: Level I

• Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:3 to 1:5, depending on acuity and department needs

• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend, based on shift

• Holiday Requirements: Every other holiday or according to department needs

• On-Call: No call requirement

• Floating: May occasionally float to other units in a help-all capacity

Weekly Compensation

36-Hour Schedule

• Gross Weekly Pay: $2,347

• Taxable Weekly Pay: $1,080

• Non-Taxable Weekly Stipends: $1,267

48-Hour Schedule

• Gross Weekly Pay: $3,100

• Taxable Weekly Pay: $1,833

• Non-Taxable Weekly Stipends: $1,267

Experience & Requirements

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience

• Emergency Room experience and the ability to care for patients with a wide range of conditions and acuity levels

• BLS certification

• ACLS certification

• PALS or ENPC certification

• TNCC or TNS certification

• Ability to recognize and respond to life-threatening cardiac rhythms

• Proficiency with vasopressor, cardiac, and antihypertensive medication drips, including titration

Preferred:

• At least 1 previous travel assignment

• SANE RN experience

• Experience in a teaching hospital environment

Clinical Environment

• Level I trauma setting with a broad patient population, from newborns to older adults

• Exposure to critically ill patients, cardiac arrests, strokes, heart attacks, and trauma cases

• Experience managing high-acuity emergency patients and titrating critical care drips
