• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Shift: Nights

• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift

• Scheduled Hours: 36 hours per week

• Patient Ratio: Typically 1:5 to 1:6

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend or two weekend shifts per schedule

• Holiday Requirement: Participation in the holiday rotation

• Floating: May float to other inpatient units based on staffing needs

• Orientation: Approximately 1 to 2 unit-specific shifts

Weekly Compensation

• Gross Weekly Pay: $2,498.20

• Taxable Weekly Wages: $1,231.20

• Potential Non-Taxable Weekly Stipends: $1,267.00

Experience & Requirements

Required

• Strong orthopedic nursing experience

• Experience with total joint replacements, not fractures alone

• Current BLS certification

• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Additional Assignment Details

• An unexpired driver's license must be provided with submission.

• The driver's license must show a permanent address outside the 50-mile radius of the assignment location.

• Floating to other inpatient units may be required based on clinical competency and staffing needs.
