Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Intermediate Care (IMC)

Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Schedule: 3 shifts per week | 36 hours per week

Weekly Pay Package

  • Gross Weekly Pay: $2,485

  • Taxable Weekly Pay: $1,134

  • Non-Taxable Weekly Pay: $1,351

Non-taxable compensation is subject to eligibility and applicable tax rules.

Position Overview

Protouch Staffing is seeking a qualified Travel Registered Nurse for an Intermediate Care (IMC) assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in intermediate care, progressive care, stepdown nursing, and telemetry, with additional transplant experience required.

This position will also provide support to the Thoracic Surgery unit.

Schedule and Holiday Requirements

  • Primarily 12-hour evening/night shifts, 7:00 PM-7:30 AM.

  • Every other weekend and some holidays are required.

  • Four 12-hour shifts per week may be available for travelers interested in additional hours.

  • Limited time-off-request availability during the weeks of December 22 through January 5.

  • Working December 24 and December 25 is mandatory. Holiday time-off requests will not be approved.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Wisconsin RN license or a valid compact RN license.

  • Experience in telemetry, oncology, cardiac nursing, and PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown.

  • Transplant experience required.

  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA).

  • Must successfully pass the facility's telemetry test before being cleared to start.
