ProTouch Staffing is seeking experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurses for a 13-week travel assignment in Los Angeles, CA. Join a specialized maternity care team providing care for low- and high-risk patients while earning competitive weekly compensation on a 48-hour night-shift schedule.

ASSIGNMENT HIGHLIGHTS

• Gross Weekly Pay: $3,666.68

• Location: Los Angeles, CA

• Contract: 13 Weeks

• Start Date: November 16, 2026

• Schedule: 4x12 Nights | 48 Hours/Week

• Shift Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

• Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per month, Friday or Saturday

• On-Call: Not required when working 4 shifts per week

• Charting: Epic experience required

• Patient Population: Neonates, adolescents, adults, and high-risk obstetric patients

• First-Time Travelers: Accepted

WEEKLY COMPENSATION

• Gross Weekly Pay: $3,666.68

• Taxable Weekly Pay: $1,671.68

• Non-Taxable Weekly Stipends: $1,995.00

Advertised compensation is based on 48 scheduled hours per week. Stipend eligibility depends on individual circumstances and applicable tax regulations.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience

• Recent experience performing sterile vaginal examinations

• Recent experience managing high-risk patients

• Advanced fetal monitoring experience

• Knowledge of the CMQCC Category II algorithm

• Epic experience

• Experience recognizing and treating abnormal fetal heart rate patterns

• Experience circulating for C-sections

• AHA BLS certification

• ACLS certification

• NRP certification

• AWHONN Advanced certification

SCHEDULING & TIME-OFF REQUIREMENTS

• Must work most holidays.

• No more than 3 days of requested time off (RTO) permitted.

• No RTO during the first 2 weeks of the assignment.

• Holiday RTO requests may be submitted but are not guaranteed approval.

• All requested time off must be finalized at submission and cannot be changed later, except to cancel requested time off.

• If working 3 shifts per week, 1 on-call shift every 2 weeks is required.
