This position has guaranteed 36 hour weeks for the full assignment. Exact shifts are decided on with the facility.

This position is a 13 week contract assignment. Many assignments are extended beyond the initial period.

About this role

Requirements:

2 years experience required
BLS,ACLS & NIHSS
Must be outside 50 miles from the facility

Ratios : 1:1-2

Common diagnosis / Types of patients :They get everything from post cath lab to balloon pumps. No Open Hearts. They get ventrics but no bolts. They have a thoracic surgeon 2x/month, every-other-Thursday. e do have CRRT - we use NxStage. This is usually prioritized with core staff though. Common ground MICU/SICU w/ some cardiac - CCU acuity - they don't get a lot balloon pumps so usually give those to perm staff; however, if a traveler has this experience they will consider giving them balloon pumps.

Pay breakdown:

Gross Pay (weekly): $2302.36

Taxable Pay (weekly): 1035.36

Non-taxable Pay (weekly): 1267.0

Contract length: 13 weeks
