Gross Weekly Pay: $2,697
Location: Lubbock, TX
Contract: 13 Weeks
Start Date: November 16, 2026
Schedule: 4x12 Days | 48 Hours/Week
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Patient Ratio: 1:2
Weekends: 6 weekend shifts based on unit needs
Floating: Required between units as needed
Trauma Designation: Level II Trauma Center
Scrubs: Solid navy blue
Parking: Free

WEEKLY COMPENSATION

Gross Weekly Pay: $2,697
Taxable Weekly Pay: $1,430
Non-Taxable Weekly Stipends: $1,267
Overtime: Listed after 48 hours per week, subject to applicable law and assignment terms

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

Required:

Previous ICU nursing experience
Previous travel nursing experience
Cardiovascular surgery and trauma patient care experience
Ventilator and chest tube management
Central venous line (CVL) management
External ventricular drain (EVD) experience
Neurosurgical patient care
Clinical laboratory interpretation
Ability to float between assigned units
Availability for required weekend shifts

Clinical Environment:

Level II Trauma Center
Complex cardiovascular, trauma, and neurological patients
Advanced critical care interventions
1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
