Protouch Staffing is seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment. Put your expertise in high-risk coronary interventions, STEMI procedures, and neurovascular care to work while earning competitive weekly compensation.

ASSIGNMENT HIGHLIGHTS

• Gross Weekly Pay: $3,787

• Location: Rockford, IL

• Contract: 13 Weeks

• Start Date: November 16, 2026

• Schedule: 5x8 Days | 40 Hours/Week

• Shift Start Times: 7:00 AM or 8:30 AM

• Weekends: 4 weekends of call per 13-week assignment

• On-Call: Weeknights, weekends, and holidays

• Call Response Time: 30 minutes

• Floating: May float to Electrophysiology (EP) or Interventional Radiology (IR)

• Department: 6 Cath Lab suites

• Charting: Epic / McKesson

• Scrubs: Provided

WEEKLY COMPENSATION

• Gross Weekly Pay: $3,787

• Taxable Weekly Pay: $2,520

• Non-Taxable Weekly Stipends: $1,267

• Taxable Hourly Rate: $63.00/hour

• Overtime: After 40 hours per week

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

Required:

• Minimum 3 years of Cath Lab experience

• Cath Lab and neurovascular experience

• ARRT RT(R) certification

• Experience scrubbing high-risk coronary interventions

• Ability to scrub and circulate STEMI procedures

• Experience with cardiac catheterization monitoring and circulating

• Willingness to learn neurointerventional circulating and monitoring for call

• Availability for weekday, weekend, and holiday call

• Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes

Clinical Environment:

• High-risk coronary and STEMI interventions

• Coronary and neurovascular procedures

• Approximately 18 cases daily across 6 labs

• Epic and McKesson systems

• Five shifts of department orientation

Additional Information:

• Candidates residing within 50 miles may qualify at a reduced local pay rate.

• Illinois licensure or evidence of an application in progress, as applicable, may be required.

• Must meet drug screening requirements.
