RN - Emergency Room (ER) - Travel

Gross Weekly: $2272

Location: Urbana, IL

REQUIREMENTS:-

Unit: ER/ED

- Trauma Level? STEMI Receiving? Stroke Center?: Accredited Chest Pain and Stroke Center

- # Beds/Trauma Bays: 22 total beds, 8 Hallway beds. 1"trauma" bed, 1 Negative Pressure Room, 1 double bed, 1 Peds specific room

- Do you have a Fast Track: 3 beds

- Nurse: Patient Ratios: 1:3-4

- Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NRP, NIHSS?): Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS Preferred: TNCC or TNS and NIHSS"

- Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Chest pain, GI complaints, fast track patients, GSWs and drop off traumas, Behavioral Health, only an 8% Peds volume a month. Have a behavior health unit. We contract with a group that does all Crisis/Psych assessments and placements.

- Experience or 'Must have' skills: Must have experience with BHE patients and stroke competencies. Prefer someone with travel and EPIC experience

- Common drips?: All standard ER drips

- Charge Nurse/House Supervisor? Does the charge nurse take an assignment?: Charge Nurse 24/7. Day charge is without patients. NOC will take patients if needed.
