About the Role
UW Health Beaver Dam Hillside Manor is looking for a travel RN to join its long-term care team on a 13-week contract. You'll work three 12-hour day/evening shifts per week, with an every-other-weekend and holiday rotation.

Unit Details

Patient ratio: 1:20, with 1 RN per hall
Support: A med tech on each hall; CNAs at 1:8 to 1:10 on days and 1:20 on nights
Standards: Bedside Shift Reporting (BSSR), AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for all RN units

Requirements

Active RN license
Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience
BLS certification (AHA only)
Previous charge experience preferred
Flu vaccine required (medical or religious exemptions only)

What you'll need

2 years of experience, BLS and national and state certification and/or as required
