✨ Position Details

We are looking for an experienced RN LTC to join our team

Requirements:

· Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.

· 1-2 years of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.

· Experience caring for geriatric patients and residents with chronic medical conditions.

· Strong knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, and medication administration.

· Experience with wound care, infection control, and fall prevention.

· Ability to monitor residents' conditions and identify changes requiring medical intervention.

· Experience with care coordination, physician communication, and family education.

· BLS certification required.

💵 Compensation

W2: $24.25/hour on W2

Stipend: $1,267/ Weekly

Gross Weekly: $2,140/ Weekly
