We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Riverside, California. This fast-paced unit is ideal for nurses who thrive in a busy environment and can confidently manage multiple patient needs.

𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀

Location: Riverside, CA
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM (Nights)
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts
Hours: 36 Hours/Week
EMR: CPN, Meditech
Equipment: GE fetal monitoring system
Floating: Postpartum/Couplet Care

𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀

11 labor beds
4 OB evaluation beds
2 OB PACU beds
2 operating rooms
Staffing includes 1 charge RN, 10 staff members, and 2 OB techs per shift
Patient ratios range from 1:2 to 1:1, depending on patient needs

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

Labor and Delivery nursing experience
Must be able to provide couplet care when floated to postpartum
Experience with NSTs, cervical exams, labor management, medication titration, and McRoberts maneuver

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM)

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

More than 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
Transition Nurse/Baby Catching experience
