Position Details

Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health
Location: Washington, NC
Position Type: Local or Travel Contract
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Patient Service Area: Hertford and Bertie Counties
Productivity: 30 units
Guaranteed Hours: 0 hours
On-Call: Required if requested; requirements may change based on staffing and branch needs.

Service Area Note: Hertford and Bertie Counties are two large, rural counties located approximately 1-2 hours from the branch.

Job Requirements

Current state license as a Physical Therapist (PT) - Required.
Current CPR certification - Required.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance - Required.
1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required.
Homecare Homebase (HCHB), OASIS, and Home Health experience - Required.
Previous home care experience - Preferred.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-approved program - Required.
