per week including stipend

Based on 36 hour contract minimum and 3 x 12 hrs shifts

For housing, meals & incidentals in assignment city

Protouch looking for a traveler to start ASAP. Exact start dates are usually flexible with the facility.

This position has guaranteed 36 hour weeks for the full assignment. Exact shifts are decided on with the facility.

This position is a 13 week contract assignment. Many assignments are extended beyond the initial period.

About this role

Requirements:

2 years experience required
BLS. ACLS & NIHSS
strong medsurg background
Must have EPIC and Travel experience

Unit specifics:

Beds 32 but currently 20 due to staffing
Patient Ratios no more than 5
Common diagnoses/Types of patients CP, CHF, Pneumonia, Abd pain, pancreatitis, ortho, detox, any surgery post op, pediatric patients, medsurg can take anything except laboring moms and titrating cardiac drips or insulin drips
Shifts & Scheduling -12-hour shifts, 645-715, extra shifts may be available, manager will make schedule. if traveler has preferences manager is open to working with block scheduling
Weekend Requirement every other- required. Night shift is Friday Saturday Sunday
Holiday Requirement rotates with regular staff
Is there Call or a Standby requirement? no
Floating Requirements? Yes, floating is required, medsurg frequently floats to assist other units as tasker or extra set of hands.

Pay breakdown:

Gross Pay (weekly): $2185

Taxable Pay (weekly): $918

Non-taxable Pay (weekly): $1267

Shift: Nights

Scheduled Hours : 36

Contract length: 13 weeks
