Shift: 12-Hour Nights (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM)
Hours: 36 Hours/Week (3 Shifts)
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,517.8

💰 Weekly Pay Package

Taxable Pay: $802.8
Non-Taxable Stipends: $1,715
Total Weekly Gross: $2,517.8

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of RRT experience
Minimum 1 year of ECMO Specialist experience
Active RRT credential and Minnesota State License
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Adult Critical Care experience required
Strong experience in ventilator management and airway management
Arterial puncture and ABG interpretation experience
Must have experience caring for patients with ECMO, ARDS, pneumonia, and other critical respiratory conditions

Schedule & Additional Details

3 night shifts per week
36 hours per week
Every other weekend required
Occasional day-shift coverage may be required
No on-call requirement
Floating required as needed within scope
Locals not accepted - must live more than 100 miles from the facility
First-time travelers accepted
RTO ideally limited to 5 days
8 hours of non-billable orientation

Clinical Skills Required

ECMO and adult critical care management
Intubation assistance and extubation
Tracheostomy care and suctioning
BiPAP, CPAP, and mechanical ventilation
High-flow nasal cannula (HFNC)
Ventilator troubleshooting and weaning
ABG collection and interpretation
Oxygen therapy and pulmonary hygiene
