RN Home Health - Shreveport, LA | Local or Traveler

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Hours: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week
Productivity: 30 Units
On-Call: Every 4 Weeks
Coverage Area: Within a 50-mile radius of the branch
Employment Type: Local or Traveler

Required Qualifications:

Active RN license
Required Home Health (HH) experience
Required Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience
Required OASIS experience
