Local or Travel | Hiawatha, IA

Schedule

Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
40 hours per week

On-Call

On-call coverage required if requested.
On-call needs are subject to change based on staff and branch needs.

Productivity

30 units

Qualifications

HCHB experience required.
OASIS experience required.
Home Health experience required.

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy required.
