Physical Therapist- PT Home Health, Griffin, GA - Local or Travel

13 weeks | M-F, 8am - 5pm | 40 hours per week

On-call: On-call required if requested- on-call needs are subject to change based on staff and branch needs
Patient Service Area:
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours
Productivity Units: 30 units

Qualifications

HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required
Current State License as a Physical Therapist - Required.
Proof of current CPR certification - Required.
Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required
Previous home care experience - Preferred.
HCHB EMR preferred

Education

Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program - Required
