Requirements

Current CPR Certification - Required

1-2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required
Previous Home Health experience - Preferred
HCHB EMR experience - Preferred

Education

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program - Required
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) - Preferred
